  Constructed of Investment Cast 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability these slam latches feature push to close functionality. Activated by the shutting or slamming of a door slam latches are designed so that a spring inside automatically retracts the latch, engaging the keeper, retaining the cover against the frame. Waterproof this latch includes a pair of seals to prevent water from passing through the latch. Spring loaded handles help prevent rattling. Easy installation, simply insert the latch body through a single round cut out and screw-on the back plate. Includes hardware to mount latch, keeper hardware not included. Available in locking(221962L) and non-locking (221962) configurations.
