New design threads into included deck plate, and is removable from outside without tools. On/off fan switch, LED lights and intake/exhaust switch accessible from inside the cabin for ease of use.

** These vents have been designed to fit the same size hole cut-outs as older model 3 and 4 snap-in Nicro Day&Night 2000 vents. Simply remove the 3 or 4 snap-in deck plate from your older vent and replace it with the 3 or 4 base plate from the new unit.
