Free Shipping Policy
- We offer free shipping on most orders $99.00 and over before tax.
- Free shipping only applies to orders shipped within Canada.
- Certain products don't qualify for free shipping due to their size or weight. This is indicated on their product page.
- Remote regions that require and air stage for delivery don't receive free shiping.
- Orders will be shipped either Canada Post or UPS ground but may be sent by another courier at our discretion.
Canada Post Strike:
Orders continue to ship as usual via UPS or other couriers and our shipping charges and policies remain the same. In anticipation of the strike we had already been shipping packages via courier to avoid them being stuck in Canada Post's system. However couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, and end stage delivery for some remote areas is handed off from a courier to a local agent, usually Canada Post. In these cases we do not have a shipping option other than Canada Post.
